In these scissors, the lower blade is usually fixed and mounted on the edge of the scissors table. The upper blade, which can be moved vertically, has an angle of 1 to 6 degrees compared to the lower blade, and the guillotine cut can be performed by passing it through the edge of the fixed (lower) blade. These scissors are made in two types, manual or machine, and for the nominal movement of their movable blade, a crank mechanism or oil pressure (hydraulic) may be used. This sheet cutting is economically the most economical type of sheet cutting.
